Our Warranty Promise

Advanced Construction Solutions serves Lawrenceburg, Pulaski, Athens, and southern Middle Tennessee, and surrounding counties (Giles, Limestone, Lawrence, Lauderdale, Morgan, and nearby areas). Below is how we stand behind gutter installation and concrete work. Manufacturer coverage for products (for example, gutter coil or leaf guard systems) may be separate—your estimate and contract list what applies to your job.

Gutters: 5-year workmanship warranty

We provide a 5-year workmanship warranty on gutter installation performed by our crew. If a problem is due to how we installed the system—such as gaps or separations at seams or joints, hangers pulling loose from proper attachment points, or pitch or drainage issues traceable to our installation—we will repair or correct it at no charge during the warranty period. This warranty is about our labor and installation quality, not damage from ladders, trees, ice storms, or homeowner alterations.

Power washing & jobsite cleanup (standard close-out): We offer this on gutter jobs and concrete jobs we perform. After gutter installation or qualifying concrete work, we power wash and clean exposed siding, trim, and exterior surfaces around the work area that we can safely reach so jobsite dust, splatter, and debris from our work are not left behind. This is a construction finishing step, not a separate full-house soft-wash or roof treatment unless you request it and we quote it separately. We go over what is included when we are on site and list it in your paperwork.

Concrete: 3-year warranty

We offer a 3-year concrete warranty on qualifying concrete installations we perform—covering workmanship defects in the pour, finish, and installation we control (for example, issues tied to how the slab or flatwork was placed and finished, when those issues are not explained by normal curing behavior or external forces). If something is wrong because of our workmanship, we will address it per the terms in your written contract.

Concrete naturally has some hairline cracking and color variation; your contract and our site walk help set expectations. Unusual or structural problems that stem from our installation are what this warranty is designed to cover.

Materials & manufacturer coverage

We use quality materials from reputable suppliers. Where a manufacturer offers a warranty on gutter coil, coatings, leaf guard products, or concrete admixtures, that coverage follows the manufacturer’s terms. We will help coordinate reasonable claims when the product is defective—not when the issue is installation-related (that falls under our workmanship warranty above).

What is usually not covered

• Storm, wind, hail, or falling tree/limb damage
• Neglect, abuse, or changes made by others after we leave
• Normal weathering, fading, or minor cosmetic cracking within industry norms
• Subsurface or soil movement, drainage changes, or third-party work not performed by us
• Clogged gutters or overflow from lack of maintenance (we offer cleaning separately)

How long does coverage last?

Gutter installation workmanship: five (5) years from completion unless your signed agreement says otherwise. Concrete: three (3) years from completion for covered workmanship on the quoted concrete work. If another term appears on your estimate or contract for a special project, the written document you sign controls.

Making a warranty claim

If you notice a problem that may be covered, call (931) 369-2134 or contact us with photos if possible. We will review against your signed agreement and, when the issue is covered, schedule corrections. There is no charge for qualifying workmanship warranty work during the active warranty period.

• Freeze-Thaw Damage: Tennessee experiences 30+ freeze-thaw cycles per year, which can cause concrete to crack or deteriorate if not properly installed. Our warranties cover workmanship defects that may contribute to freeze-thaw damage.
• Heavy Rainfall: Tennessee receives 50+ inches of rainfall annually, which can cause drainage problems if not properly addressed. Our warranties ensure proper installation and drainage solutions.
• Soil Conditions: Tennessee's varying soil conditions, including clay soils common in the region, require proper site preparation. When prep or compaction is part of your contracted scope, workmanship-related failures tied to our work may fall under your written concrete warranty for the period stated in your contract.
• Temperature Extremes: Tennessee's temperature fluctuations from -5°F to 100°F can challenge construction materials. Our warranties ensure materials are properly selected and installed to withstand these extremes.
