Common kits we configure and build include metal building kits (steel frame, standing seam or exposed-fastener metal roof), pole barn kits (post-frame with metal roofing and siding), garage kits (one-car to three-car and larger), shop building kits, and storage building kits. 2. Order: We coordinate the kit order with the manufacturer. Lead times vary by manufacturer and season; we’ll give you a realistic delivery estimate up front.
3. Site prep & foundation: While the kit is in production or on delivery, we prepare your site, grade as needed, and pour your concrete foundation so it’s ready when components arrive.
4. Construct: Our crew erects the building using the pre-engineered components. Panels, trusses, and trim are installed to manufacturer spec and local code. You get a weathertight structure ready for your intended use.
